DMCA Policy
YOON respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, YOON will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the YOON service and/or website if such claims are reported to YOON's Designated Copyright Agent.
Please be aware that YOON is unable to manage copyright claims for content hosted on external platforms or servers not under our direct control. For music distributed to external streaming services (such as Spotify, Apple Music, or Amazon) through our platform, we can initiate takedown procedures if infringement is confirmed. However, we do not control the processing speed or compliance of these third-party services.
YOON serves as a distribution gateway for independent artists, labels, and producers to deliver their music to global storefronts. In accordance with our Terms of Use, we are not responsible for the legality of content uploaded by our independent users.
Prior to submitting a formal claim, please evaluate if the use of your work constitutes "fair use" under the law. If you are uncertain of your rights, we strongly suggest consulting legal counsel. Please note that you may be held legally and financially liable (including legal fees) for damages resulting from a fraudulent or misrepresented claim.
How to proceed before submitting:
1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If this Notice covers multiple copyrighted works, you may provide a representative list of the copyrighted works that you claim have been infringed.
2. Identify the material or link you claim is infringing (or the subject of infringing activity) and to which access is to be disabled. Include at a minimum, if applicable, the URL of the link shown on the Site or the exact location where such material may be found.
3. Provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you. This should include a name, address, telephone number, and an electronic mail address at which we can contact you.

Counter-Notice: If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent.
Liability: Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees).
